Elaine wrote on Amazon: Genre Detective at its Best
Marc LaRose and his humanity make for a well-drawn, compelling new character in the Private Eye/detective genre. If you like Kinsey Milhone, or Archie McNally, you will love Marc LaRose. And, for those familiar with upstate New York (and I am talking way upstate) you will enjoy the local color, Lake Placid, Route 9 and the Canadian Border. R. George Clark is a fresh new voice and a great storyteller!

The adventures of Marc LaRose in Borderline Terror was a real page turner, very smooth writing style.
As a Lake Champlain resident and a 1980 Olympic Volunteer the geographic area was very familiar, almost too familiar.
Great read, looking forward to future adventures of Marc LaRose by the pen of R. George Clark.
Ann reviewed on Amazon: Having Grown Up...
Having grown up in Lake Placid and returned as an adult just before the Olympics, this book got my immediate attention. Right from the first page it was interesting and compelling...and hard to put down. I'll be the first in line to buy the next Marc LaRose Mystery!
The Kryptonian: Captures New York's North Country perfectly!
Captures New York's North Country perfectly! Couldn't put it down - fast-paced, suspenseful and builds to a nifty climax. Looking forward to Marc LaRose's next case!
